摘　　要：海绵城市利于雨水的渗透、贮存、调度、输送、净化,可有效缓解城市的雨岛效应、热岛效应、干岛效应。本文科学合理地分配了渗、滞、蓄、净、用、排的通量与流程,保证了小雨不沥水、暴雨不内涝、水域不黑臭、热岛等问题的有效解决。Sponge City is conducive to the infiltration,storage,scheduling,transportation,and purification of rainwater,effectively alleviating the rain island effect,heat island effect,and dry island effect of cities.The flux and process of infiltration,stagnation,storage,purification,utilization and discharge are scientifically and reasonably distributed,ensuring that light rain does not drain,rainstorm does not waterlogging,water area does not black or odorous,and heat island is alleviated.
