头孢泊肟酯干混悬剂联合常规治疗对小儿肺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析头孢泊肟酯干混悬剂对儿科呼吸系统疾病的有效性和安全性。方法选取2019年6月-2021年6月期间我院收录的细菌性肺炎患儿153例,根据治疗方案的不同分为对照组(n=73)使用常规疗法治疗,观察组(n=80)使用头孢泊肟酯干混悬剂联合常规疗法治疗,对比分析两组的治疗效果、症状消退时间和不良反应发生率。结果观察组61例显效,14例一般效果,5例无效,最终有效率93.75%;对照组32例显效,22例一般效果,19例无效,最终有效率73.97%,与对照组相比,观察组最终有效率显著更高,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组对比,观察组的咳嗽消退、发热消退和肺部啰音消退时间均明显更低,细菌清除率显著更高(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为6.25%,对照组治疗不良反应发生率为8.21%,两组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论头孢泊肟酯干混悬剂联合常规疗法治疗细菌性儿童肺炎能够有效杀灭病原体,消退相关疾病症状,其疗效较好,且不良反应在可控范围内,安全性较高。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of cefpodoxime proxetil dry suspension in pediatric respiratory diseases.Methods 153 children with bacterial pneumonia included in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(n=73)and the observation group(n=80)according to the different treatment plans.The treatment effect,symptom resolution time and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results In the observation group,6l cases were markedly effective,14 cases were generally effective,5 cases were ineffective,and the final effective rate was 93.75%;ln the control group,32 cases were significantly effective,22 cases were generally effective,19 cases were ineffective,and the final effective rate was 73.97%.Compared with the control group,the final effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the time of cough resolution,fever resolution and lung rale resolution were significantly lower,and the bacterial clearance rate was significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.25%in the observation group and 8.21%in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Cefpodoxime proxetil dry suspension combined with conventional therapy can effectively eliminate the symptoms of related diseases in children with bacterial pneumonia,and its efficacy is good,and the adverse reactions are within the controllable range,with high safety.
