金因肽联合维生素治疗恶性肿瘤放疗患者所致口腔粘膜炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析金因肽联合维生素治疗恶性肿瘤放疗患者所致口腔粘膜炎的临床效果。方法选择2018年6月-2019年11月收治的医院口腔癌放疗所致口腔粘膜炎患者80例。根据治疗方案不同分为对照组接受维生素治疗(n=38)和观察组接受金因肽联合维生素治疗(n=42)。比较两组患者疼痛、口腔黏膜炎愈合时间和体重下降情况、临床疗效和不良反应。结果随着治疗时间延长,两组患者口腔VAS评分下降;其中观察组患者治疗后1周、2周VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者口腔黏膜炎愈合时间和体重下降重量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗并发症总率高于对照组,差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论金因肽联合维生素治疗恶性肿瘤放疗患者所致口腔粘膜炎能明显减轻患者口腔疼痛,促使口腔黏膜炎愈合,保证患者进食,维持患者体重,建议使用。Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor combined with vitamin in the treatment of oral mucositis of patients with malignant tumor undergoing radiotherapy.Methods A total of 80 patients with oral mucositis due to the radiotherapy for malignant tumors in our hospital from June 2018 to November 2019 were en-rolled,and divided into two groups for different treatment.Control group(n=38)received vitamin treatment,while observa-tion group received recombinant human epidermal growth factor combined with vitamin.Then the pain degree,healing time of oral mucositis,weight loss,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between groups.Results There was a decrease trend in VAS score in both groups after treatment,and the score was lower in observation group than in control group at post-treatment Iwk and 2wk(P<0.05).The healing time of oral mucositis and weight loss in observation group were less than those in control group(P<0.05).The total efficacy rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(P>0.05).Con-clusion Application of recombinant human epidermal growth factor combined with vitamin can effectively alleviate the pain degree,promote the recovery of oral mucositis for patients with oral mucositis due to the radiotherapy for malignant tumors,which allow patients have a normal food intake,and maintain their body weights,so it is worthy of recommendation.
