摘　　要：Klotho蛋白是一种抗衰老基因产物,可与成纤维细胞生长因子23(fibroblast growth factor 23,FGF23)共同作用参与人体钙、磷酸盐和维生素D代谢的调节。近年来研究发现,Klotho/FGF23与儿童及新生儿生长发育情况密切相关,现围绕Klotho/FGF23在小于胎龄儿(small for gestational age,SGA)发生发展过程中作用进行综述,以期对SGA并发症的防治有更进一步认识与启发。Klotho protein is an anti-aging gene product,which is involved in the regulation of calcium,phosphate and vitamin D metabolism together with fibroblast growth factor 23(FGF23).In recent years,studies have found that Klotho/FGF23 is closely related to the growth and development of children and newborns.This paper summarizes the role of Klotho/FGF23 in the occurrence and development of infants small for gestational age,in order to provide further understanding and inspiration for the prevention and treatment of SGA complications.
