摘  要:在铁矿开采破碎时难以避免地会掺杂入一定比例的废石,利用振动将不同密度的高品位矿石颗粒与低品位矿石颗粒及废石进行分选,去除废石并把品位不同的铁矿石分别冶炼处理,大幅提高了铁矿石的产率。振动分选铁矿石的分选过程较为简单,效率较高,相比磁选法更节约能源,同时不产生污染。采用EDEM软件仿真研究了铁矿石颗粒与废石颗粒振动分选的影响因素,研究结果表明:较小密度的矿石颗粒分层在颗粒组合的上层;振动频率对振动分选效果的影响大于振动幅度的影响。研究结果对弱磁铁矿石的开采以及提高铁矿石的输出品位有重要意义。During iron ore mining and crushing,it is unavoidable to mix a certain proportion of waste rock,use vibration to separate high grade ore particles with different density from low grade ore particles and waste rock,remove the waste rock and separate the iron ore with different grades for smelting,greatly improving the yield of iron ore.The separation process of vibration separation of iron ore is relatively simple and efficient.Compared with magnetic separation,it saves more energy and does not produce pollution.The factors affecting the vibration separation of iron ore particles and waste rock particles were simulated by EDEM software.The results show it is concluded that the ore particles with smaller density are layered in the upper layer of the particle combination,and the vibration frequency has greater influence on the vibration separation effect than the vibration amplitude.The study of this paper is of great significance for the mining of weak magnetite ore and improving the output grade of iron ore.
