摘  要:使用结构光三维测量技术对强反射表面进行测量时,其表面的镜面反射光往往会导致相机采集的图像中出现过曝光现象,将数字微镜添加至结构光测量系统中能够降低图像的灰度值。利用搭建的高动态范围测量系统先后完成了数字微镜与CCD相机的像元匹配、相机与投影仪的参数标定及相位计算,采用BP神经网络解算了系统中的坐标映射关系,映射精度为0.58像素。为实现高动态范围成像,基于PID控制器提出一种自适应掩膜生成方法,并对强反射表面进行了测量实验,结果表明该方法可以减弱曝光区域的光强,获得高动态图像。When measuring the highly reflective surface using structured light 3D measurement technology,the mirror reflected light on the surface often leads to overexposure phenomenon in the image captured by the camera,and adding a digital micromirror to the structured light measurement system can reduce the gray value of the image.The high dynamic range measurement system built has successively completed the pixel matching between the digital micromirror and the CCD camera,the parameter calibration and phase calculation of the camera and the projector,and the coordinate mapping relationship in the system was solved by using the BP neural network,and the mapping accuracy was 0.58pixels.In order to achieve high dynamic range imaging,an adaptive mask generation method based on PID controller is proposed,and experiments are carried out on the strong reflective surface,and the results show that the method can reduce the light intensity in the exposure area and obtain highly dynamic images.
