摘  要:砂带的磨削过程受多个工艺参数的影响,螺杆表面材料的去除均匀性会影响螺杆转子的机械性能。对于螺杆转子的磨削,砂带的旋转速度、砂带的进给速度、主气缸的压力、砂带磨损量等都会对螺杆转子的磨削深度产生影响。利用自主研发的实验设备对螺杆转子进行打磨实验,采用线性激光测量仪对螺杆转子的打磨深度进行测量,探究各工艺参数对螺杆打磨深度的影响规律。实验结果表明:螺杆转子的打磨深度随着砂带旋转速度的增加先增大后减小,随着主气缸压力的增加而增加,随着砂带的进给速度与磨削时间的增加而减小。The grinding process of sand belt is affected by many technological parameters.The removal uniformity of the screw surface material will affect the mechanical properties of the screw rotor.For the grinding of the screw rotor,the rotation speed of the sand belt,the feed speed of the sand belt,the pressure of the main cylinder and the wear amount of the sand belt will all affect the grinding depth of the screw rotor.In this paper,the self-developed experimental equipment is used to conduct grinding experiments on the screw rotor,and the linear laser measuring instrument is used to measure the grinding depth of the screw rotor.The influence rule of various process parameters on the grinding depth of screw was explored.The experimental results show that the grinding depth of screw rotor increases at first and then decreases with the increase of sand belt rotation spead,increases with the increase of main cylinder pressure,and decreases with the increase of belt feed speed and grinding time.
