摘  要:为了提升电池箱上盖的模态性能同时实现轻量化,对电池箱上盖进行仿真模态分析和自由模态试验,比较两者数据发现,频率和振型一致性较好,验证了模型的正确性和有效性。通过形貌优化方法对上盖进行了结构优化,根据形貌优化云图重新设计了上盖的结构并进行模态分析。分析结果表明:优化后的上盖低阶频率提高,质量减轻了7.27%,证明了优化的可行性,为电池箱上盖的优化设计提供了参考。In order to improve the modal performance of the upper cover of the battery box and achieve lightweight,the simulation mode analysis and free mode test were carried out on the upper cover of the battery box.The comparison between the two data showed that the frequency and mode shape were consistent,which verified the correctness and validity of the model.The structure of the upper cover was optimized by the method of morphology optimization,and the structure of the upper cover was redesigned according to the morphology optimization cloud map and the modal analysis was carried out.The analysis results show that the low order frequency of the optimized top cover is increased and the mass is reduced by 7.27%,which proves the feasibility of the optimization and provides a reference for the optimal design of the top cover of the battery box.
