摘  要:针对目前市场上的西林瓶轧盖机轧刀更换频繁导致影响企业生产效率的问题,基于发明问题解决理论TRIZ进行了西林瓶自动轧盖机快换轧刀的设计,运用TRIZ发明创新原理对西林瓶自动轧盖机轧刀进行了创新设计,使轧盖机能够根据西林瓶盖直径变化快速更换不同直径的轧刀,从而实现一机多用,提高设备的通用性,降低生产成本。In view of the frequent change of the cutter of the automatic capping machine for penicillin bottles on the market at present,which has affected the production efficiency of enterprises,the article designs the quick-change cutter of the automatic capping machine for penicillin bottles based on the theory of solving the problem of invention TRIZ,and innovatively designs the quick-change cutter of the automatic capping machine for penicillin bottles based on the principle of TRIZ invention and innovation.The device can quickly change the cutters of different diameters according to the change of the diameter of the capping machine for penicillin bottles,it can realize multi-purpose of one machine,improve equipment versatility and reduce production costs.
