摘 要:为解决砂轮磨削加工过程中受气障层影响导致磨削液难以进入磨削核心区域导致润滑不良的问题,在砂轮磨削区域设计了一套基于磁弱强化冲击植入纳米材料润滑砂轮的磨削装置。该装置由控制模块、激光导光模块、加速模块和励磁模块组成,利用激光模块产生的冲击波使金属纳米颗粒以高速冲击金刚石砂轮表面,同时通过励磁模块附磁使其在砂轮表面上形成磁化纳米层,形成磁性弱强化区域,磁性纳米颗粒根据磨削区域温度转变为失磁性纳米颗粒,实现纳米颗粒可控释放对磨削区进行润滑冷却,提升磨削加工质量。本装置可为打破磨削加工气障层提供新的思路,从而助力精密零部件加工。In order to solve the problem that the grinding fluid is difficult to enter the grinding core area due to the influence of the gas barrier layer during grinding of the grinding wheel,which leads to poor lubrication,a set of grinding device based on magnetic weak strengthening impact implanted nano-material to lubricate the grinding wheel is designed in the grinding area of the grinding wheel.The device is composed of control module,laser light guide module,acceleration module and excitation module,the shock wave generated by the laser module is used to make the metal nanoparticles impact the surface of the diamond grinding wheel at a high speed.At the same time,the magnetization nano layer is formed on the surface of the grinding wheel by the excitation module,and the magnetic weak strengthening area is formed.The magnetic nanoparticles are transformed into demagnetic nanoparticles according to the grinding zone temperature to achieve controlled release of nanoparticles,lubricate and cool the grinding zone,and improve the grinding quality.The device can provide a new idea for breaking the gas barrier layer in grinding processing and help precision parts processing.
