摘 要:针对国内某双机架平整兼二次冷轧机组宽度预报精度需求建立了二次冷轧宽展量预报模型,首先通过分析机组的二次冷轧轧制特性和机组的设备特点来确定二次冷轧轧制力计算方法,并结合机组实际生产过程中的数据来反算轧制摩擦因数,在上述研究的基础上确定了二次冷轧宽展量计算方法。将宽展量预报模型应用到机组的实际生产中,结果表明利用该模型有效地提升了成品带钢宽度预报精度。According to the width prediction accuracy requirements of a domestic double-stand leveling and secondary cold rolling mill,a prediction model of the secondary cold rolling spread is established.First,the calculation method of the secondary cold rolling force is determined by analyzing the rolling characteristics of the secondary cold rolling mill and the equipment characteristics of the mill,and the rolling friction coefficient is inversely calculated based on the data in the actual production process of the mill.On the basis of the above research,the calculation method of secondary cold rolling spread is determined.Applying the spread prediction model to the actual production of the unit,the results show that the model effectively improves the prediction accuracy of the finished strip width.
