摘 要:核电站蒸汽发生器是将反应堆的热能传递给二回路介质以产生蒸汽的热交换设备,其中的传热管起着保障热通量变换和防泄漏的作用。但是在长期的高温高压与高腐蚀状态下,传热管也更易破损,给核电厂的安全性与经济性带来威胁。通过总结国内外衬管技术的应用并分析各种技术的优缺点,最终以液压胀接工艺为主要试验技术,对Inconel 690合金双管之间的胀管力计算和胀接试验过程进行研究,最终得出最佳液压胀接压力区间。The nuclear power plant steam generator is a heat exchange device that transfers the heat energy of the reactor to the secondary circuit medium to generate steam.The heat transfer tube plays a role in ensuring heat flux conversion and leakage prevention.However,in the long-term high temperature,high pressure and high corrosion state,the heat transfer tube is also more easily damaged,which poses a threat to the safety and economy of nuclear power plants.In this paper,by summarizing the application of liner pipe technology at home and abroad,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various technologies,the hydraulic expansion process was finally selected as the main test technology to study the expansion force calculation and expansion test process between the two tubes of Inconel 690 alloy.In end,we get the best expansion pressure interval value.
