摘  要:电缆的导体直流电阻是表征电缆导电能力的重要指标之一,对导体直流电阻进行科学严谨的试验检测能够有效地判断电缆的材质是否符合国家标准要求,关系到用电线路的安全和电力系统的可靠运行。从导体直流电阻的测量原理出发,分析了影响导体直流电阻测试结果的重要因素和现阶段试验检测中存在的问题,结合全面质量控制理论,以影响导体直流电阻的因素和存在的问题为着力点,从人员、设备、制样、方法、环境五个方面入手分析总结了提高导体直流电阻试验结果准确性的试验检测优化措施。The DC resistance of cable conductor is one of the important indexes to characterize the conductive ability of cable.Scientific and rigorous testing of conductor DC resistance can effectively judge whether the material of cable meets the requirements of national standards,which is related to the safety of power lines and the reliable operation of power system.Based on the measurement principle of conductor DC resistance,the important factors affecting the test results of conductor DC resistance and the problems existing in the test at present are analyzed.Combined with the theory of total quality control,focusing on the factors and existing problems affecting conductor DC resistance,this paper analyzes and summarizes the optimization measures to improve the accuracy of conductor DC resistance test results from five aspects:personnel,equipment,sample preparation,method and environment.
