摘　　要：针对偏光片清扫机清扫效果问题,首先分析了偏光片清扫机影响清扫效果的因素,认为清扫辊本身、清扫速度、清扫压力、辊间隙等是重要影响因素;其次设计实验对上述影响因素分别进行研究,获得了最优清扫工艺参数;最后达到去污率99.95%以上、剥离率在0.1%以下的量产数据。In view of the cleaning effect of the polarizer sweeper,the factors affecting the cleaning effect of the polarizer cleaner ware analyzed,and it is considered that the cleaning roller,cleaning speed,cleaning pressure,roller clearance,etc.are important factors.Then the above influencing factors were studied by designing experiment,and the optimal cleaning process parameters were obtained,and the mass production data with decontamination rate above 99.95%and stripping rate below 0.1%were finally achieved.
