摘 要:针对绞车提升信号系统存在的抗干扰能力差、传输距离近、实时性低的问题,提出了基于STM32控制板和CAN总线通讯的绞车提升信号系统优化方案。该方案采用CAN总线通讯替换RS485通讯,增加“慢上”、“慢下”两种执行信号,并设计了信号检测及闭锁电路。搭建了绞车提升信号试验系统简化模型并完成了试验,结果表明:优化后的绞车信号提升系统抗干扰能力强、传输距离远、实时性好,保障了绞车提升系统安全、稳定、高效运行。In the view of the problems of poor anti-interference ability,short transmission distance and low real-time performance of winch lifting signal system,an optimization scheme of winch lifting signal system based on STM32 control board and CAN bus communication is proposed.In this scheme,CAN bus communication is used to replace RS485 communication,and two execution signals of"slow up"and"slow down"are added.Signal detection and locking circuits are designed,and a simplified model of winch lifting signal test system is built and tested.The results show that the optimized winch signal lifting system has strong anti-interference ability,long transmission distance and good real-time performance,which guarantees the safe,stable and efficient operation of winch lifting system.
