摘 要:提升机作为煤矿重要的井上井下人员及物资重要传送设备,其调速性能及节能特性对于煤矿安全高效生产具有重要影响。针对传统煤矿提升机调速系统调速性能及稳定性较差、能耗过高、系统维护成本大等缺陷,设计了一套基于PLC控制及交流变频器驱动相结合的矿用提升机变频调速控制系统,通过高效交流变频器可有效提高系统调速过程的稳定性及节能效果,对于提升机性能提升具有实际意义。As an important conveying equipment for personnel and materials in coal mines,the speed regulation performance and energy-saving characteristics of hoist have an important impact on the safe and efficient production of coal mines.Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional mine hoist speed regulation system,such as poor speed regulation performance and stability,high energy consumption,and high system maintenance cost,this paper designs a frequency conversion speed regulation control system for mine hoist based on PLC control and AC frequency converter drive.The stability and energy saving effect of the system speed regulation process can be effectively improved through efficient AC frequency converter.It has practical significance for improving the performance of the hoist.
