摘 要:密封的工作环境与大气隔绝,工作人员呼吸和机器运转时刻会产生CO_(2)等有害气体。目前处理CO_(2)的方式主要是通过其与LiOH反应进行吸收,但LiOH反应会伴随粉尘的产生、温度与湿度的升高,同样不利于人的生存。因此,针对完全密封的空间时刻产生的CO_(2)、LiOH吸收CO_(2)产生的粉尘以及空间温湿度等数据,设计了一套能够实时检测空气净化效果的系统。该系统以西门子200SMART作为控制核心,对密封舱数据进行处理;以威纶通触摸屏作为人机交互界面,为工作人员提供实时舱内数据,增强了检测系统的可靠性。The sealed working environment is isolated from the atmosphere,and harmful gases such as CO_(2) will be produced when the staff breathe and the machine is running.At present,the main way to treat CO_(2) is through its absorption through the reaction with LiOH,but LiOH reaction will be accompanied by the generation of dust,and the increase in temperature and humidity is also not conducive to human survival.Therefore,this article designs a system that can detect the purification effect in real-time based on the CO_(2) generated at all times in a fully sealed space,as well as the dust generated by LiOH absorption of CO_(2),space temperature and humidity,and other data.The system uses Siemens 200 SMART as the control core to process the data of the sealed cabin;using the Weilentong touch screen as the human-computer interaction interface,real-time cabin data is provided to the staff,enhancing the reliability of the detection system.
