摘 要:根据官地煤矿23513掘进工作面智能化通风设计要求,提出了矿井局部通风管控系统,对系统的总体方案和关键技术进行了重点研究。通过多路传感器动态实时监测掘进工作面巷道环境、风速、风压等参数;根据传感器参数,采用变频调速技术对局部风机进行变频调速;设计风门/风窗联动以及预警应急方案;最后完成应用分析。应用结果表明:该矿井局部通风管控系统满足官地煤矿智能化通风要求,提升了掘进工作面通风系统的安全性和可靠性。According to the intelligent ventilation design requirements of 23513 heading face in Guandi coal mine,the mine local ventilation control system is put forward,and the overall scheme and key technologies of the system are studied.The parameters of roadway environment,wind speed,wind pressure and so on are monitored dynamically and real-time by multi-channel sensors.According to the sensor parameters,variable frequency speed control technology is used to speed control the local fan.Design damper/window linkage and early warning and emergency plan;finally complete the application analysis.The application results show that the local ventilation control system meets the requirements of intelligent ventilation in Guandi coal mine,and improves the safety and reliability of the ventilation system in heading face.
