摘 要:针对华电潍坊发电有限公司4号锅炉4A磨煤机存在的问题,提出将磨煤机静态分离器改造为动态分离器的方案,并对改造后的分离器存在的问题进行分析优化,提出进一步的改进措施。通过实验,结果表明:该方案能使煤粉细度得以提高,煤粉均匀性得到保证,并有效清除了杂物和防止煤粉堵塞,提高了磨煤机连续稳定运行率。In view of the problems existing in the 4A coal mill of No.4 boiler of Huadian Weifang Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,the scheme of transforming the static separator of the coal mill into a dynamic separator was proposed,and the problems existing in the transformed separator were analyzed and optimized,and further improvement measures were proposed.Through experimental data,it is proved that the scheme can improve the fineness of pulverized coal,ensure the uniformity of pulverized coal,effectively remove debris and prevent pulverized coal blockage,and improve the continuous and stable operation rate of the coal mill.
