摘  要:通过拉伸测试和显微组织观察等方法,研究不同退火工艺对高镁铝合金板材组织及性能的影响。结果表明:在330℃温度下箱式退火保温2~12 h,样品发生完全再结晶,且随保温时间延长,延伸率增加,晶粒等轴性改善,塑性变好;在380℃温度下箱式退火保温2~12 h,样品发生同样完全再结晶,但相较于330℃箱式退火,随着保温时间的延长,延伸率增加幅度更小,分析与高温箱式退火导致的晶粒粗大有关;模拟380℃/10s气垫式快速退火,平均晶粒最小,表现为分布均匀的等轴晶粒组织,同时抗拉强度、屈服强度及延伸率均明显高于箱式炉退火样品。采用气垫式高温短时退火生产的卷材塑性最好。The effects of different annealing processes on the microstructure and properties of high magnesium content aluminum alloy sheet were studied by tensile test and microstructure observation.The results show that complete recrystallization occurs when the sam-ples are annealed at 330℃for 2~12h.With the extension of the holding time,the elongation increases,the equiaxed grain property improves,and the plasticity becomes good.At 380℃box annealing for 2~12h,the same complete recrystallization occurs,but com-pared with 330℃box annealing,with the extension of the holding time,the increase of elongation is smaller,which is related to the grain coarseness caused by high temperature box annealing.In the simulated 380℃/10s air cushion annealing,the average grain size is the smallest,showing uniform distribution of equiaxed grain structure,and the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation are signifi-cantly higher than those of box-furnace annealing sample.The plasticity of the coil produced by air cushion annealing is the best.
