摘 要:本文以6082铝合金为研究对象,使用不同工艺对圆铸锭进行均质热处理,随后经过相同的工艺挤压圆棒,并经过相同的热处理工艺时效至T6状态。采用光学显微镜对均质后铸锭显微组织进行了晶粒尺寸和第二相粒子占比进行了表征,对挤压态粗晶环检验,并对T6态力学性能进行了测试。结果表明,510℃/15 h和530℃/10 h两种工艺条件下的均质效果相比,后者均质效果更佳。两者挤压后粗晶层无明显差异,但低温均质铸锭对相同工艺挤出的圆棒锻后低倍粗晶层控制有很大改善,这主要与低温均质铸锭中析出更多的含Mn弥散相有关;均质温度越高,挤压棒材时效至T6态后对应的抗拉和屈服强度越高,伸长率越好。This paper takes 6082 aluminum alloy as the research object.The round ingot is homogenized by heat treatment using dif-ferent processes,then the round rod is extruded by the same process and aged to the T6 state by the same heat treatment process.The grain size and the proportion of second phase particles were characterized by optical microscope,the extruded coarse crystal ring was examined,and the mechanical properties of T6 were tested.The results show that the homogenization effect of 530℃/10h is better than that of 510℃/15h and 530℃/10h.There is no obvious difference in coarse-layer between the two groups after extrusion,but the low temperature homogenized ingot greatly improves the control of low thickness coarse-layer after forging of the same extruded round bar,which is mainly related to the precipitation of more dispersive phase containing Mn in the low temperature homogenized ingot.The higher the homogenization temperature,the higher the corresponding tensile and yield strength and the better the elonga-tion of the extruded bar after aging to T6 state.
