用电解铝液生产大规格8079铝合金扁锭的低液位铸造工艺

摘　　要：介绍了0.006 mm双零铝箔轧制用8079铝合金铸锭的质量要求,分析了大规格8079铝合金扁锭的熔铸难点,从炉料、电解铝液预处理、合金元素控制、熔炼与精炼、晶粒细化、在线除气、在线除渣以及铸造工艺参数确定等方面探讨了大规格8079铝合金扁锭熔铸工艺。熔铸生产结果和用户轧制结果表明,用低液位铸造工艺所生产的大规格8079铝合金扁锭的质量完全满足0.006mm双零铝箔的轧制要求。The quality requirements of 8079 aluminium alloy slab used for rolling 0.006mm double zero aluminium foil was intro-duced,the melting-casting difficulties of large sized 8079 aluminium alloy slab was analyzed,then the melting-casting technology of the large sized 8079 aluminium alloy slab was discussed from the aspects of charging materials,electrolytic aluminium liquid pretreat-ment,alloying element content control,melting and refining,on-line degassing,on-line deslagging,and determination of casting pro-cess parameters,and so on.The melting-casting results and the rolling results show that,the quality of the large sized 8079 aluminium alloy slab produced with low liquid level casting technology fully meet the rolling requirements of 0.006mm double zero aluminium foil.
