摘　　要：近年来,国家部委和省市各级部门大力推进智慧城市、数字城市、平安城市建设,三维可视化管理服务系统应运而生。该系统可以汇集城市发展实时信息,建立城市二、三维一体化管理,对相关信息进行可视化展示。系统通过在一张图上整合自然资源与环境、视频监控、消防设施、市政设施、人员和单位重点管控、公共安全动态监测和公共安全事件等数据,实现各部门、各行业数据交换和互联互通,方便政府管理部门直观、真实和全面地把握区域人、事、地、物、情的状况,极大地加快了平安城市建设进程。In recent years,there has been a strong push from national ministries as well as provincial and municipal departments to promote the construction of smart cities,digital cities,and safe cities.As a result,the three-dimensional visualization management service system has emerged.This system is able to gather real-time information on urban development and establish integrated two-and three-dimensional management of the city,providing visualized display of relevant information.The system integrates data of natural resources and environment,video surveillance,fire facilities,municipal facilities,key controlled personnel and units,public safety dynamic monitoring,and public safety events onto a single map,This enables data exchange and interconnection among different departments and industries,allowing government management departments to have an intuitive,real,and comprehensive understanding of the situation regarding people,events,locations,assets,and conditions in the region.It greatly accelerates the process of constructing a safe city.
