摘　　要：本文通过对近5年针刺治疗抑郁症的机制研究进行概括归纳,发现针刺可通过提高脑源性神经营养因子及单胺类递质等的表达,有效增强突触传递和可塑;能够通过调控半胱氨酸蛋白酶-3、B淋巴细胞瘤-2家族的表达,有效抑制细胞凋亡的发生;通过抑制促炎因子白细胞介素-1β的增加、胶质细胞的过度活化,来调控中枢炎性反应的发生;通过调控相关激素水平的表达,良性调节下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺轴,减轻海马神经元等的受损;通过调节肠道菌群以及信号通路的表达等途径来治疗抑郁症。研究表明,针刺对于抑郁症的干预具有多途径、多靶点综合调控的特点。在今后的研究中,可加强针刺治疗疾病的临床应用;拓展穴位选用范围,加强体穴的应用频次;也应拓展对针刺穴位的研究,探索最佳针刺腧穴及操作的定量参数;同时要更加深入地探索针刺各机制间的相互关联性,加快基础机制研究,以便更好地指导临床。In this paper,the mechanism of acupuncture therapy for depression in the past five years was summarized It was found that acupuncture can effectively enhance synaptic transmission and plasticity by increasing the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and monoamine transmitters.By regulating the expressions of Caspase-3 and B-cell Lymphoma-2(Bacl-2),cell apoptosis was inhibited effectively.By inhibiting the increase of the pro-inflammatory factor interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and the over-activation of glial cells,the central inflammatory response was regulated.By regulating the expression of related hormone levels,benign regulation of HPA axis can reduce the damage of hippocampal neurons.Depression can be treated by regulating the expression of intestinal flora and signaling pathways.The study shows that acupuncture therapy has the characteristics of multi-channel and multi-target comprehensive regulation for depression intervention,which can strengthen the clinical application of acupuncture in the treatment of diseases in the future research.Expand the selection range of acupoints and strengthen the application frequency of body points;and for acupuncture points should also expand the research,explore the best acupuncture acupoints and the best quantitative parameters of operation;at the same time,it is necessary to further explore the correlation between acupuncture mechanisms,accelerate the basic mechanism research,so as to better guide clinical.
