摘 要:消化系统肿瘤具有高发病率和高致死率的特点,严重威胁着人们的健康,目前本病的治疗以手术和化疗为主。近年来研究表明,中医药作用于消化系统肿瘤的机制与多种信号通路有关。土槿皮乙酸(pseudolaric acid B,PAB)是从松科植物金钱松的近根树皮或干燥根皮中提取的一种二萜酸化合物,被证实具有多种生物活性。PAB在消化系统肿瘤中的抗肿瘤活性也得到了广泛关注,包括抑制肿瘤增殖、侵袭和迁移、抑制新血管生成、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡及逆转肿瘤细胞耐药性等。本文系统地综述PAB在消化系统肿瘤的应用,探讨其抗肿瘤作用机制,以期为消化系统肿瘤的临床治疗提供更多科学依据和新思路,为开发新药提供良好基础。Digestive system tumors pose a serious threat to people’s health due to its high incidence and mortality.At present,surgery and chemotherapy are the main treatments.In recent years,studies have shown that the mechanism of TCM on digestive system tumors is related to a variety of signaling pathways.Pseudolaric acid B(PAB),a diterpene acid compound isolated from Cortex Pseudolaricis,has been demonstrated to exhibit various kinds of biological activities.The anti-tumor activities of PAB in digestive system tumors have been widely concerned,including inhibiting tumor proliferation,invasion and migration,inhibition of angiogenesis,arresting tumor cell cycle,promoting tumor cell apoptosis and reversing drug resistance of tumor cells.This review performed a systematic summary to the application of PAB in digestive system tumor,and discussed its anti-tumor mechanism,in order to provide more scientific basis and new ideas for the clinical treatment of digestive system tumors,and provide an effective foundation for the development of new drugs.
