摘  要:德龙烧结厂通过实施生石灰高效消化、提高料温和制粒滚筒优化等改造措施,强化烧结制粒过程,同时配合烧结布料时混合料粒度分布的横向偏析和纵向偏析的优化改造,改善料层透气性,稳定烧结生产顺行,将料层厚度从870 mm逐渐提高到950 mm。实施厚料层烧结后,烧结矿成品率提高0.22%、转鼓强度提高1.31%;固体燃料消耗降低1.03 kg/t,电耗降低4.02(kW·h)/t;烧结烟气CO出口排放浓度由13 500 mg/m^(3)左右稳定控制在6 000~8 000 mg/m^(3)。Delong Sintering Plant strengthened the sintering granulation process by implementing measures such as efficient digestion of quicklime,improving the feed temperature and optimizing the granulating drum,and at the same time,cooperated with the optimization transformation of transverse segregation and longitudinal segregation of the particle size distribution of the mixture during sintering distribution,improved the permeability of the material layer,stabilized the smooth sintering production,and gradually increased the thickness of the material layer from 870 mm to 950 mm.After thick bed sintering,the finished product rate of sinter increased by 0.22%and the strength of drum increased by 1.31%.Solid fuel consumption decreased by 1.03 kg/t and power consumption decreased by 4.02(kW·h)/t.The emission concentration of CO from sintering flue gas outlet is controlled from about 13500 mg/m to 6000-8000 mg/m.
