摘  要:概述了MIM工艺的主要原料和生产设备;叙述了MIM原料的研究现状、工艺国内外发展现状,以及计算机模拟技术的运用及其重要性;介绍了MIM技术在汽车零件、医用和外科器械零件以及建筑陶瓷结构部件等精密、形状结构复杂产品的应用情况;指出快速发展国内MIM计算机模拟技术,打破国外计算机模拟软件行业垄断的桎梏是需要攻克的主要问题。The main raw materials and production equipment of metal powder injection molding process are summarized.The research status of metal powder injection molding raw materials,the development status of technology at home and abroad,and the application and importance of computer simulation technology are described.The application of metal powder injection molding technology in precise and complex products such as automobile parts,medical and surgical instrument parts and building ceramic structural parts is introduced.It is pointed out that developing domestic MIM computer simulation technology rapidly and breaking the shackles of foreign computer simulation software industry monopoly are the main problems to be overcome.
