摘  要:通过重新绘制分析曲线,将钢中镍含量的分析上限由5.34%扩展至13.18%,采用共存元素干扰校正方法,消除了Mn元素的干扰,使方法准确性有效提升,满足9Ni钢冶炼过程中炉前实验室快速检验和自动分析需求。严格按照GB/T6379.2—2014标准要求,对精密度试验数据进行一致性、离群值检查后计算得到本方法的重复性限和再现性限,方法的精密度优于GB/T标准、ASTM标准、JIS标准,成功应用于生产检验分析。In this paper,the analysis limit of nickel content in steel is extended from 5.34%to 13.18%by redrawing the analysis curve.The interference correction method of coexisting elements is used to eliminate the interference of Mn element and effectively improve the accuracy of the method.It meets the requirements of rapid inspection and automatic analysis in the laboratory before furnace in the smelting process of 9Ni steel.In strict meeting the requirements of GB/T 6379.22014 standard,we calculated the repeatability limit and reproducibility limit of this method after checking the consistency and outliers of the precision test data.The precision of this method is better than that of GB/T standard,ASTM standard and JIS standard,and it has been successfully applied to production inspection and analysis.
