摘  要:对2205双相不锈钢进行电解体积比50%硝酸腐蚀实验,研究电解体积比50%硝酸腐蚀液对2205双相不锈钢α-相面积测定的适用性。试验分析发现,电解体积比50%硝酸与电解氢氧化钾(氢氧化钠)得到的图片均能清晰的显示α相及奥氏体相;使用德国卡尔蔡司金相显微镜分别对不同电解腐蚀液得到的图片进行α-相面积含量测定,测量结果相同,说明电解体积比50%硝酸可用于2205双相不锈钢中α-相面积含量的测定。The electrolytic volume ratio 50%nitric acid corrosion test was carried out on 2205 duplex stainless steel,and the applicability of electrolytic volume ratio 50%nitric acid corrosion solution to the determination ofα-phase area of 2205 duplex stainless steel was studied.The experimental results show that the images obtained by electrolysis of 50%nitric acid and electrolysis of potassium hydroxide(sodium hydroxide)can be clearly displayedαphase and austenite phase;using a German Carl Zeiss metallographic microscope,the images obtained from electrolysis of different solutions for testing the area content of theα-phases,the test results are the same,it indicates that electrolysis volume ratio 50%nitric acid can be used in determining area content of theα-phases in 2205 Duplex stainless steel.
