关于直读光谱仪的校准技术及应用研究

摘　　要：基于JJG 768—2005和GB/T 4336—2016,介绍了一种将直读光谱仪校准技术与应用相结合的计量方法,打破了检定规程中元素范围的限制,同时结合企业实际需求和设备质量审核的要求,给出了测量重复性限量值的计算公式以及通过测量重复性验证设备有效性的方式。According to JJG 7682005 and GB/T 43362016,this paper introduces a measurement method that combines the calibration technology and application of spark atomic emission spectrometry,which breaks the limitation of the element range in the verification regulation,and combined with the actual demands of the enterprise and the equipment quality audit,this paper shows a calculation formula of measurement repeatability limit and a method,and provided a way to verify the effectiveness of equipment by measuring repeatability.
