摘  要:钢铁企业是流程型制造业,生产连续性强,生产需要各种大宗原燃辅料,多通过地磅或皮带秤计量。计量员在磅房现场计量,存在计量点分散、工作环境差等问题,且不利于集中管理和监督,计量过程中也易产生人为误差和失误。建设企业集中统一的无人值守计量系统,不仅对规范计量流程、防作弊、计量异议过程追溯和提高计量效率有重要作用,而且可以和ERP、物流等系统联通,实现采购、销售、物流、质检、结算业务的无缝衔接和集中管控。Iron and steel enterprise is a process manufacturing industry,strong production continuity,production needs a variety of bulk raw materials,mostly through the weighbridge or belt weigher measurement.There are some problems such as scattered measuring points,poor working environment and so on,which are not conducive to centralized management and supervision,and also easy to produce human errors and mistakes in the process of measurement.Building a centralized and unified unattended measurement system for enterprises not only plays an important role in standardizing the measurement process,preventing cheating,tracing the process of measurement objections and improving the efficiency of measurement,but also can get through with ERP,logistics and other systems to achieve seamless connection and centralized control of procurement,sales,logistics,quality inspection and settlement business.
