摘  要:为解决块矿使用中存在的含水率高、含粉量大、难筛分等生产问题,通过充分利用烧结环冷冷却烧结矿释放的热量蒸发块矿水分和简单实施的竖炉改造来烘烤块矿,将块矿入炉平均水分控制在2%以下,高炉块矿配比增加至20%以上,高炉燃料比降低了2.6 kg/t,实现综合效益2 527万元。In order to solve the production problems existing in the use of lump ore,such as high moisture content,large powder content and difficult screening,the lump ore is baked by making full use of the heat released by sinter environmental protection cooling and simple shaft furnace transformation,the average moisture content of the lump ore entering the blast furnace is controlled below 2%,the proportion of blast furnace lump ore is increased to over 20%,and the blast furnace fuel ratio is reduced by 2.6 kg/t,a comprehensive benefit of 25.27 million Yuan is achieved.
