摘  要:在直埋式地下燃气调压站的总体结构及部件设计方面,采用新型的埋地防腐处理方式及性能更优的智能部件等,解决了埋地式燃气调压站普遍存在的问题。通过对直埋式地下燃气调压站的性能参数进行检测,最终测试结果符合设计要求,现场安装应用效果优异。这为埋地式燃气调压站产品的设计提供了一种新的思路,使其在操作、维护、使用寿命等方面得到提升,进而使其得到更大的推广和应用。The general problems of the buried underground gas pressure regulating stations are solved from the general structure and component design of directly buried underground gas pressure regulating stations,adopting the new buried anti-corrosion solution and the intelligent component with better performance.Through the test of the performance parameters of the directly buried underground gas pressure regulating stations,the final test results meet the design requirements,and the field installation and application effect is excellent.Thus,it provides a new idea for the design of buried gas pressure regulator and improves its operation,maintenance and service life,so that it can be popularized and applied more widely.
