摘 要:为探究空孔的存在对预裂爆破裂纹产生与扩展等爆破效果的影响,拟建立混凝土模型,在不耦合系数为2的情况下,设置无空孔与不同炮孔-空孔距离(80、100、120 mm)的对照组进行爆破试验。基于混凝土模型爆破试验、ALE和Lagraner算法,构建了预裂爆破数值模型并采用LS-DYNA软件对模型进行解算,研究表明:合适的炮孔—空孔距离有利于良好爆破轮廓面的形成,还能减少对主爆区或保护区过度破坏;中间空孔对爆炸应力波具有一定的偏转作用,能有效控制裂纹的产生与扩展;到达空孔处的爆炸应力波越大,“空孔效应”越明显,反之“空孔效应”越微弱。本文为探究性研究,可为类似开挖轮廓面工程的实施提供参考和借鉴。This paper intends to establish a concrete model to explore the influence of existence of empty holes on generation and expansion of pre-splitting blasting cracks.In case of decoupling coefficient of 2,control group with no empty hole and different distance(80,100,120 mm)between blasthole and empty hole was set up for blasting test.Based on blasting test of concrete model,ALE and Lagraner algorithm,the numerical model of pre-splitting blasting is constructed and solved by LS-DYNA software.The results show that the appropriate distance between blasthole and empty hole is conducive to the formation of good blasting contour surface,and can also reduce excessive damage to main blast area or protected area.The middle empty hole has a certain deflection effect on explosion stress wave,which can effectively control generation and propagation of cracks.The larger the explosion stress wave reaching empty hole,more obvious the empty hole effect,and vice versa.This paper is an exploratory study and provides a reference for implementation of similar excavation profile engineering.
