摘  要:系统地研究了配方组成和乳化工艺对聚甘油酯类乳化剂PolyAquol-2W形成液晶结构的影响,并探讨了可能的影响机理。研究结果表明:复配脂肪醇和多元醇可以促进乳液中液晶结构的形成;油脂极性会影响液晶结构的形成;PolyAquol-2W对电解质具有较强耐受性。在乳化工艺上,直接乳化法和PIC转相法(水相加入油相)都能形成清晰的液晶结构,但PolyAquol-2W对机械力的耐受度一般,过高的均质速度和降温搅拌速度都会影响液晶结构的形成。体外保湿试验表明,制得的液晶结构乳液的保湿性能优于普通乳液。The effects of formulation ingredients and emulsification technology on the liquid crystal structure of PolyAquol-2W were systematically studied,and the possible influencing mechanism was also discussed.The results showed that the introduction of fatty alcohols and polyalcohols were beneficial to the formation of liquid crystal structure of emulsifier PolyAquol-2W;the polarity of oil affected the formation of liquid crystal structure;PolyAquol-2W had a strong tolerance to electrolytes.In emulsification technology,the direct emulsification method and the PIC method(addition of the water phase to the oil phase)could form clear liquid crystals,but PolyAquol-2W showed a general tolerance to mechanical force,and high homogenization speed and cooling agitation speed would affect the formation of liquid crystal structure.In vitro moisturizing experiments showed that the moisturizing performance of the samples with liquid crystal structure was better than that of ordinary lotion.
