摘　　要：介绍了日本普通化妆品相关法律法规的要求,包括普通化妆品的定义、允许的功能、成分的限制要求,化妆品准入制度,化妆品生产经营主体的监管要求,以及标签标注的要求,为中国化妆品出口日本提供建议,助力中国化妆品走出国门。The cosmetic regulations in Japan were introduced,including the definition of cosmetics,the permitted functions,the restriction of cosmetics ingredients,the cosmetics notification,the supervision of cosmetics manufacturing and selling entities,as well as labelling requirements.Advice on the export of Chinese cosmetics to Japan were provided helping Chinese cosmetics to be exported abroad.
