摘 要:针对日用香精中致敏性芳香物质引起的安全问题,建立了日用香精中18种致敏性芳香物质的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析方法。将日用香精样品用戊酸甲酯旋涡振荡溶解、提取,样液直接进样,采用DB-5MS石英毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)分离,GC-MS进行分析,内标法定量。结果表明:18种致敏性芳香物质的检出限为3 mg/kg,定量限为10 mg/kg,线性范围(0.01~0.2 mg/mL)内相关系数均大于0.999。加标回收率为72.1%~97.1%,相对标准偏差为0.68%~9.99%(n=5)。该方法简便、准确、快速,能满足日用香精中18种致敏性芳香物质的测定。Aiming at the safety problems caused by the allergenic aromatic compounds in daily fragrance,a method for determination of 18 allergenic aromatic compounds in daily fragrance was established by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS).The fragrance samples were dissolved in methyl valerate by vortex oscillating,and analyzed by GC/MS with an DB-5MS capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm).The concentration of allergenic aromatic compounds in the samples were quantified by internal standard method.The results showed that the limits of detection of 18 allergenic aromatic compounds were 3 mg/kg,the limits of quantification were 10 mg/kg,and the correlation coefficients in the linear range(0.01-0.2 mg/mL)were all greater than 0.999.The recoveries range were 72.1%-97.1%and the relative standard deviations were 0.68%-9.99%(n=5).The method is simple,accurate and rapid,and suitable for the determination of 18 allergenic aromatic compounds in daily fragrance.
