摘　　要：基于形态学和ITS序列分析鉴定了陕西理工大学校园内的大型真菌,并调研了真菌的数量、食药用价值和毒性特征。结果表明:大型真菌共72种,隶属于25科49属(另外有3个物种的科尚未确定),其中,食用菌17种,药用菌14种,食药两用菌8种,毒菌15种;中国新记录种2个,陕西省新记录种22个。研究结果进一步完善了陕西省大型真菌名录,可以为大型真菌的资源调查、评价和教学提供参考。157 specimens have been collected on campus of Shaanxi University of Technology and identified based on morphology and ITS sequences,with economic value or toxicity analyzed and partial species photographed in plates.The results indicate that the collected specimens represent 72 species falling into 25 families and 49 genera(with other three species yet to be idendified).Among these speciies,17 are edible,14 are medicinal,8 are both edible and medicinal,15 are poisonous.In addition,2 species are newly recorded in China and 22 in Shaanxi province for the first time.This study will further improve the list of macrofungi in Shaanxi Province,and provide reference for resource investigation,evaluation and teaching of macrofungi.
