摘　　要：介绍周平安教授治疗内伤发热的临床经验。周平安教授认为,内伤发热的基本病机在于正气虚弱,在此基础上出现气、血、阴、阳、郁、湿、瘀等,故治疗上针对不同的病因采取补虚泻实,以及汗、清、透的方法,同时时刻不忘顾护卫气,以达到“和”的目的,可获良效。This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor ZHOU Ping'an in treating fever due to internal damage.Professor ZHOU Ping'an believes that the basic pathogenesis of fever due to internal damage lies in the deficiency and weakness of healthy qi,on the basis of which qi,blood,yin,yang,constraint,dampness,stasis,etc.,so the treatment should be based on different causes to take the method of tonifying deficiency and draining excess,as well as sweat promotion method,heat-clearing and fire-draining method,and venting method.Meanwhile,defense qi should be guarded and protected,so as to achieve the purpose of "harmony".Thus,a good effect can be obtained.
