摘　　要：为探索阿克苏不同苹果的品质,本研究团队在新疆阿克苏温宿县红旗坡苹果园采摘了“长富2号”“烟富3号”2个品种的套袋果和不套袋果,对其硬度、可溶性固形物、总酸、总糖、脂肪、蛋白质、钠元素、钙元素等指标进行了测定,2个品种不套袋果中可溶性固形物、总糖、钠元素、钙元素含量均高于套带果。通过分析阿克苏红旗坡不同品种以及套袋不套袋管理模式之间果实品质存在的差异,可以为阿克苏林果产业发展提供技术支撑。To explore the quality of different apples in Aksu,this research team picked bagged and unbagged fruits of two varieties,"Changfu 2" and "Yanfu 3",from the Hongqipo Apple Orchard in Wensu County,Aksu,Xinjiang.The hardness,soluble solids,total acid,total sugar,fat,protein,sodium,calcium,and other indicators of the unbagged fruits of the two varieties were measured The calcium content is higher than that of bagged fruits.By analyzing the differences in fruit quality among different varieties of Aksu Red Flag Slope and between bagging and non bagging management models,technical support can be provided for the development of Aksu forest and fruit industry.
