摘 要:本研究采用湿法消解和微波消解对花椒样品进行前处理,采用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱仪对样品中砷含量进行测定,通过单因素试验对湿法消解及微波消解过程中的几个条件进行优化,计算2种前处理方法的回收率。研究结果表明,微波消解具有较高的回收率,能快速准确地测定花椒中总砷的含量。In this study,wet digestion and microwave digestion were used to pretreat the samples,and a hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometer was used to measure the arsenic content in the samples of Chinese pricklyash.Several conditions in the process of wet digestion and microwave digestion were optimized by single factor experiment,and the recovery rates of the two pretreatment methods were calculated.The research results show that microwave digestion has a high recovery rate and can quickly and accurately determine the total arsenic content in Chinese pricklyash.
