摘  要:当前我国以空气温度作为空调工作的控制温度,难以提高使用舒适度,针对此问题,提出了一种基于STM32的体感温度控制的冷暖两联供控制系统设计方法。该系统分为温控器和主控器两个部分,且均以STM32F103C8T6单片机为主控芯片,采用RS485实现两者之间的通信及数据传输。温控器实现对风机盘管、地暖的温度调控,整体功能显示,房间内温湿度检测以及控制继电器开闭对风机盘管的风速调制。主控器通过RS485通信实现温控器与主机之间的联动,通过接收温控器传输的温湿度确定当前房间的露点温度,根据露点温度实现对三通合流阀的调控,用以实现控制地暖的供水温度始终高于露点温度1~2℃。经系统调试,两块控制器均很好地满足冷暖两联供控制系统的设计需求。At present,air temperature is used as the control temperature of air conditioning system,which fails to improve the comfortableness.To solve the problem,a cooling and heating dual supply control system design based on STM32 somatosensory temperature control is proposed.The system is divided into two parts:the thermostat and the main controller,which both use STM32F103C8T6microcontroller as the main control chip.The RS485 is applied to realize the communication and data transmission between these controllers.The thermostat regulates the temperature of the fan coil unit and floor heating,realizes the overall function display,detects the temperature and humidity in the room,and control the relay to modulate the wind speed of the fan coil unit.The main controller links the thermostat and the host through RS485 communication,calculates the dew point temperature of the current room by receiving the temperature and humidity transmitted from the thermostat,and adjusts the three-way confluence valve according to the dew point temperature,which keeps the water temperature of the floor heating 1~2 ℃ higher than the dew point temperature.After the system debugging,the system meets the design requirements of the cooling and heating dual supply control system.
