摘 要:塔式起重机已成为城市建筑、工程施工中不可缺少的一种主要运输设备。如果塔式起重机发生故障,轻者会使系统性能下降,重则发生塔倒人亡的恶性事故。因此要加强对塔式起重机状态的监测,保证其安全可靠运行。该文设计了一种无线塔机安全监测系统,远程实时监测分析塔机各种重要数据,以较低的成本监测和预测塔机运行状态。监测内容主要包含电气控制系统安全装置监测和电机电信号监测两方面。测试结果表明该系统能识别安全装置动作、电信号统计量超过阈值或出现故障频率等故障状况,为故障决策提供合理支持。Tower cranes have become an indispensable major transportation equipment in urban constr-uction and engineering construction.If the tower crane fails,the light will reduce the performance of the system,and the heavy will cause the tower to fall and die.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of the status of the tower crane to ensure its safe and reliable operation.In this paper,a wireless tower safety monitoring system is designed,which remotely monitors and analyzes various important data of tower crane in real time to monitor and predict the operating status of tower crane at a lower cost.Monitoring mainly includes two aspects:electrical control system safety device monitoring and motor electrical signal monitoring.The test results show that the system can identify faults such as safety device action,electrical signal statistics exceeding the threshold or failure frequency,and provide reasonable support for fault decision-making.
