摘 要:油罐车阀门监测具有低功耗和防爆要求,需要采用无线方式与车载终端通信。为此,采用支持低功耗设计的Atmega1281作为处理器,选用2节7号电池作为电源,实现阀门开合状态、阀门漏油情况、罐内油品液位等数据采集,使用AT86RF230实现RF无线通信链路,将采集的数据信息上报给车载终端。为了满足低功耗的要求,RF通信电路采用短距离省电模式设计,处理器每分钟被唤醒一次,完成数据采集和上传业务后自动睡眠,传感器也仅在数据采集时供电。监测单元的电池和模块固定在金属阀门盖内,以低电压、低功耗方式运行,满足电池长寿命和模块防爆的要求。It is required that fuel tank valve monitoring project has extremely low power consumption and explosion-proof,and RF communication is needed to complete data transmission with the IoT terminal of the fuel tank truck.For these purpose,the Atmega1281 supporting low power mode was adopted as the processor,and two No.7 batteries were selected as power supply,and the data collection of valve status,valve oil leakage and liquid level in the tank was realized,and AT86RF230 was used to realize RF communication link which reports the collected data to the on-board terminal.In order to meet the low power consumption requirements,the short-distance and power saving mode of this RF circuit was adopted,and the running MCU was woken up to work and got sleep once a minute automatically,and the sensors only were supplied power during collection.The battery and monitoring module were fixed in the metal valve cover and operated with low-voltage and low-power mode,and the requirement for long battery life and module explosion-proof is met.
