摘　　要：政法领域改革是法治领域改革的重要组成部分,是破解政法工作现实困境的根本途径。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记准确把握时代脉搏,深刻洞察改革大势,提出了一系列关于政法领域改革的新思想新观点新论断,深刻回答了为什么要推进政法领域改革、用什么方式推进政法领域改革、政法领域如何推进改革等关键问题,为新时代推动政法工作的高质量发展提供了基本遵循。“政法”一词极具中国本土色彩,深入研究习近平总书记关于政法领域改革的重要论述,不仅有利于推动习近平法治思想体系的不断丰富发展,也有助于构建中国特色社会主义法治话语体系。The reform in the field of political science and law is an important part of the reform in the field of the rule of law,and is the fundamental way to solve the realistic predicament of political science and law work.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,President Xi Jinping has accurately grasped the pulse of the times and had a profound insight into the general trend of reform,put forward a series of new thoughts,provided profound answers to key questions such as why,how and how to promote reform in the field of political science and law,and laid down basic guidelines for promoting the high-quality development of political science and law work in the new era.The term“political science and law”contains rich Chinese local characteristics.In-depth study of Xi Jinping's theory of reform in the field of political science and law is not only conducive to the continuous rich development of Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law,but also conducive to the construction of the socialist legal discourse system with Chinese characteristics.
