摘　　要：总体国家安全观是新时代国家安全工作的根本遵循和行动指南,是马克思主义国家安全理论中国化时代化的最新成果。马克思主义世界观和方法论为总体国家安全观的理论建构提供了深厚的哲学基础,集中体现为唯物安全论、辩证安全论和系统安全论,这三者相互联系、有机统一,支撑起总体国家安全观的宏大理论叙事,揭示了认识新时代中国国家安全的基本规律。A holistic approach to national security is the fundamental guideline of national security work in the new era,and it is the latest achievement of adapting Marxist national security theory to the Chinese context and the needs of our times.The Marxist worldview and methodology provide a profound philosophical foundation for the theoretical construction of a holistic approach to national security,which is embodied in materialist security theory,dialectical security theory and systematic security theory.The three are interrelated and organically unified,supporting the grand theory of a holistic approach to national security and revealing the basic laws of understanding China's national security in the new era.
