摘 要:采用熔铸法制备了不同Cu和Li含量,Cu、Li质量比及Sc、Ti元素添加的铝锂合金,通过金相组织观察、阳极覆膜金相观察、DSC测试、扫描电镜(SEM)观察、EDS元素分析等研究Cu、Li含量及Sc、Ti元素添加对铝锂合金均匀化优化工艺规律的影响。结果表明:铸态合金中存在粗大Al_(2)Cu相,含Ag、Zr(Sc)的晶界Al-Cu相和晶界AlCuMnFe(Ti)难熔相三种成分粒子;铝锂合金中优选均匀化温度随着Cu含量的升高而提高,并随着Cu、Li质量比的升高而降低;Sc元素的添加有利于优选均匀化温度的降低;Sc、Ti元素的复合添加促进优选均匀化温度的提高。Al-Li alloys with different Cu,Li contents,Cu-Li mass ratio and addition of Sc or(and)Ti elements were prepared by melting and casting method.Through the observation of metallographic structure,metallographic observation of anode coating,DSC,scanning electron microscope(SEM)observation,EDS element analysis,the effects of Cu and Li content and addition of Sc or(and)Ti elements on the optimization process of Al-Li alloy homogenization were studied.The results show that three type component particles exist in the alloy:coarse Al_(2)Cu phase,grain boundary Al-Cu phase containing Ag and Zr(Sc)and grain boundary AlCuMnFe(Ti)refractory phase.The preferred homogenization temperature in Al-Li alloys decrease with Cu content increasing and Cu-Li mass ratio.The addition of the Sc element contributes to the preferable reduction of the homogenization temperature.The compound addition of Sc and Ti element is most preferable to increase the homogenization temperature.
