摘 要:针对传统白钨矿冶炼工艺存在的成本高和碱煮废渣等问题,本课题组基于钨的自配位理论提出了一种“硫酸分解-钨同多酸盐浸出”的清洁冶炼工艺。为探明钨同多盐浸出白钨矿硫酸分解渣的反应机制,本文以白钨矿硫酸分解渣为研究对象,钨同多盐溶液为浸出剂,考察了搅拌速率、反应温度、矿物粒度、钨同多酸盐浓度等因素对白钨矿硫酸分解产物中的钨酸在钨同多酸盐溶液中浸出行为的影响,建立了浸出过程的动力学方程。结果表明:搅拌速度对浸出率影响很小,而提高温度、增大钨同多酸盐浓度以及减小颗粒粒径对浸出速率有促进作用;钨同多酸盐浸出白钨矿硫酸分解渣的过程可用Avrami方程描述,反应的表观活化能为14.301 kJ/mol,平均反应级数为0.89,钨同多酸盐浓度影响指数为0.1627,颗粒粒度影响指数为-0.4248,搅拌速度影响指数为-0.7576。In view of the problems of high cost and alkali residue in traditional schefrite smelting process,based on the self-coordination theory of tungsten,a clean smelting process of“sulfuric acid decomposition and isopolytungstate solution leaching”was proposed by we group.In order to investigate the reaction mechanism of leaching of scheelite sulfuric acid residue by isopolytungstate,the effects of stirring rate,reaction temperature,mineral size,isopolytungstate concentration and other factors on the leaching behavior of tungsten acid from scheelite sulfuric decomposition products in isopolytungstate solution were investigated.The kinetic equation of leaching process was established.The results show that the stirring rate has slight effect on the leaching rate,while increasing the temperature,increasing the concentration of tungsten leaching agent and decreasing the particle size can promote the leaching rate;the leaching of scheelite sulfuric residue by isopolytungstate can be described by Avrami's equation,and the apparent activation energy of the reaction is 14.301 kJ/mol,the average reaction order is 0.89,the isopolytungstate solution concentration influence index is 0.1627,the particle size influence index is−0.4248,and the stirring speed influence index is−0.7576.
