摘　　要：目前,双能量计算机断层扫描技术越来越广泛地应用于骨肌系统的各种疾病,由于其能提供有关组织成分的额外信息,并且能够减轻硬化伪影以及进行图像优化,是一种可将MRI部分功能与CT相结合的技术。本文重点对双能量计算机断层扫描的基础原理及其在骨肌系统各类疾病中的临床应用展开综述,旨在使该技术更好地辅助临床。Currently,dual-energy computed tomography is increasingly used in various diseases of the musculoskeletal system.Due to its ability to provide additional information about tissue composition and to mitigate sclerosis artifacts as well as for image optimization,it is regarded as a kind of existence that can combine some functions of MRI with CT.This article will focus on reviewing the basic principles,post-processing techniques and clinical applications of various diseases of the musculoskeletal system of dual-energy computed tomography,aiming to make dual-energy computed tomography better assist clinical practice.
