摘　　要：目的:探究微创瘢痕松解联合自体小颗粒脂肪移植治疗面部凹陷性瘢痕的效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年7月丹东振安楼房医院收治的面部凹陷性瘢痕患者80例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组应用微创瘢痕松解治疗,观察组应用微创瘢痕松解联合自体小颗粒脂肪移植治疗。比较两组治疗效果、瘢痕表现评分。结果:治疗后,观察组色泽、厚度、血管分布、柔软度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0133)。结论:微创瘢痕松解联合自体小颗粒脂肪移植治疗面部凹陷性瘢痕效果显著,瘢痕表现改善明显。Objective:To explore the effect of minimally invasive scar release combined with autologous small granule fat transplantation in the treatment of depressed facial scar.Methods:A total of 80 patients with facial depression scar were selected as the study objects at the Zhen'an Building Hospital in Dandong from June 2021 to July 2022,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with minimally invasive scar release,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive scar release combined with autologous small granule fat transplantation.The therapeutic effect and scar performance scores were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the color,thickness,vascular distribution and flexibility scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.0001).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0133).Conclusion:Minimally invasive scar release combined with autologous small particle fat transplantation is effective in the treatment of facial depression scar,and the scar performance is improved significantly.
